Working condition for staff
Our staff is fully covered with medical insurance. We maintain a professional staff since we are paying on a scale slightly higher than average. Our chefs are well trained & provide healthy and safe meals for your trek. We have a cooperative working environment here in office and field.

Eco- friendly
Preserving our nature and environment is very important. Our staff is well aware of environmental issues and will do their best to reduce any damage to the environment. We bring all the garbage back except for those that are biodegradable.
Manaslu Adventure does not use firewood for cooking-the forests are too valuable. Manaslu Adventure is sponsoring research and development of sustainable tourism development in Nepal.

Social work and donation
We at Manaslu Adventure are well aware of the impact trekking has on the rural areas as well as the established routes. Therefore, we have committed ourselves to giving back to the communities where we travel.

Manaslu is extending its hands to bring regularly free mobile health camps (in naturopathy and alternative Medicines) and planning to help programs to several schools in almost isolated areas in Nepal by providing ICT for school and scholarship program for isolated children. Manaslu Adventure is always taking part for environmental awareness programs, Yoga and Meditation . We also appeal to our any friends/guests to join us for providing such activities in Nepal.

Research And development:
For new route and based on valued and survey, Manaslu Adventure update our program in travel and tourism through research and development. We are the first Nepalese company who adopt the research finding in travel and tourism. We appeal to our friends/ guests/partners to join with us in activities in Nepal.
