When you buy services from us as a customer or contact us for taking services, we use the information from customers to process our sales and to improve our ability to understand our customer's needs. Mt. Manaslu Adventure treks Pvt. Ltd. stores e-mail, phone numbers and physical addresses when a customer does business with us or contacts us. When a customer makes a purchase, except for credit card details, information supplied on the purchase order is passed to Manaslu Adventure . Such information is used for processing orders, and possibly for later contact when Manaslu has new products which may be of interest to customers. We can not sell, give away, or distribute email addresses, physical addresses or phone numbers.

Payment for orders is handled through our bank accounts. No credit card details (credit card number, expiration date) are ever stored by Mt. Manaslu Adventure treks Pvt. Ltd.

Complains

If any complains should occur they should be cleared before departure in our office. Manaslu Adventure positively listen such complain from our valued clients and handle such complains positively.

Price

Prices are valid as mentioned per offer. Manaslu Adventure reserves the right to change the prices due to possible considerable increased costs by changes in the rates of foreign currencies, in local taxes or permits, in local price levels or due to certain local government measures.

Insurance

Every family of Manaslu adventure group is insured but who is co-operating within this agreement as well as every tourist who is traveling within this agreement needs to have all the necessary travel- and health insurance .
